It seems that Expekt bookmaker give the best odds this weekend for majority of game. Good for them. Benfica is favorite here. After two disapoint rounds and two loses, they back in style with 3-0 against Setubal with player less. Now they traveled to Guimaraes where they won last three years in row. So this is always good for Benfica. Some how they playing good in Gimaraes and there is no any reason to repeat that tonight as well. Oskar Cardozo and rest of team will be hungry for a win. Bursa show in first two rounds that they are champions for reason. They manage to win away two really hard games, manage to win Galatasaray and Sivaspor away 2-0. Now they are at home for the first time this season and I expect a litlle bit relaxing game. Opponent is weak Eskisehirspor K who lost both Galatasaray and Konia 1-3 and 1-2 but as you can see they score both games. When you add data from last year that this teams played so far 4 games and that all four went to 3+ this is clear over 2,5 goals. 1-2, 1-2, 3-1 and 3-2 was results... So this one could be entertainment one. I expect some goals here as champions will attack and if they score an early goal we will see festival of goals... Good luck !!! |

Paderborn started poorly this new
edition of Bundesliga 2 with two defeats after two stages, Paderborn - AUE

thing that worked well in moving from Augsburg( a team with great attacking
qualities), but they have serious problems in attacking phase. This summer
Mahir Saglyk left the team and that is a big blow for Paderborn becouse that

Paderborn have weak strikers like Krause, Manno( teams reserve in the past
season) and new comers Kapllani and Mosquera( i haven't heard anything
special about them). On the other hand Union Berlin got one point in trip to
Aachen (2:2), but in the next stage they lost at home against Greuther Furth
(1:2), definitely not too good results for them. But still remains
questionable the Berlin's capabilities in defence, they had missed two goals
in each match but Aachen and Furth are two good offensive, as well as in the
attack they scored two goals away to Aachen(bad defence) and once against
Furth at home. Likely scenario in this game, today's 3 points are very
important for both teams so i expect a tight match, Paderborn will be try to
score an fast goal if they succeed do it, then very likely to follow a total
defence, they will try to kill the match becouse their attacking capabilities
are weak to try to score another goals, they are aware of it, but the defence
looks well therefore this option is more secure to defended all match.But in
case if Berlin manages to keep a nil score to break then in the second half
they probably will balance the game and can strike decisively. Anyway, i

Anderlecht is the best team in Belgium. But that defeat against Partizan left some scares on team. Did they recover or not we will see tonight. Truidense is a good home team, they manage to win 2/2 this season at home, and they are very good. But if you score first against them, they have big problem to back in game. Their defense is poor, attack is better part of team, but Anderlecht is better on every position. The only question is how they will react? IMO they will explode tonight and they will win with 2+ margine. But for me every victory will do a job... For me no doubt, AWAY WIN full stake. Good luck !!!! |

After
a disappointing loss against Northern Ireland, Matjaž Kek and his squad
are eager to get a good result against Serbia. This second game of the
Euro 2012 qualifications will be the last opportunity for Slovenia to
get points in the first cycle of the competition. Slovenia played rather
well against Northern Ireland, but the lack of composure on the
offensive end resulted in a 1-0 loss, although the home side was the
better team and Slovenia created far more chances.
Serbia started qualifications in completely different manor - by winning
a road game against Faroe Islands (3-0). Of course this was expected as
the Serbs have a solid team full of talented individuals. But although
these players are playing at some of the best European clubs, they can
have difficulties playing as a team. That was clearly the case in their
World Cup campaign as they failed to advance out of the group stage.
Talent-wise Serbia definitely has the upper hand, but Slovenia showed their team-play can compete with tougher opponents.

Russia has a relatively easy group with Ireland, Slovakia, Macedonia,
Andorra and Armenia, normally, Russia should not have big problems to
get first place in this group. In the first game a few days ago Russia
won with 2:0 away to Andorra, a game where the Russians haven't pushed
too much and finally a pretty closely result against a very modest team,
in today's match I think we'll see a totally different game because
Slovakia is one of the teams who fight for qualification in this group.
Slovakia made a nice impression at the recent World Cup, and this team
is full of confidence for current Euro 2010 qualification campaign. In
the first game Slovakia managed to win against Macedonia 1:0, a very
difficult victory especially cause Macedonia have defended the whole
match, but today in Moscow will be other type of match against the
favorites of Group, Russia. Well, what i expect to see, firstly Russia
will dominate especially since they has home ground advantage, in the
other hand Slovakia have a great game to counterattack they showed it at
recent WC against Italy.Russia certainly will not play on defense here
therefore I think we'll see goals for both side, and option Over 2.5
looks well in my view.

2012) - qualifying - group phase. This is second match for both teams.
Match will be played on Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence, Italy. Very
important that Italy will play here at home because they have always
big problems in away matches. This qualifying started solid but as I
said with problems in away match because only 2:1 with not so strong
Estonia. Now MUST be better because Faroe Islands weakest teamin this
group. In first match at home with Serbia only 0:3 so as I said weakest
team in group and today on the road against Italy. Italy now new team,
many good but still young players but ofcourse this is enough strong
team to beat weak Faroe Islands. In away team also some new faces, also
today visitors without Jakup Borg who announced his retirement and
without injured forward Christian Hogni Jacobsen. Today only one result
can be easy Italy high win, goodluck.
In their first matches of Hungary managed to hold Sweden only 45 minutes
and then fell, while Moldova record his first victory in the
qualifications of almost three years. Hungary and Moldova were in a
qualifying group for Euro 2008 in winning both meetings went hosts.
Hungary will try not conceding a goal which could prove difficult, as

11-09-2010 WBA - TottenhamWest Bromwich Albion showed no impressive football this season after they just promoted from Championship. Last home match against Sunderland they didnd create too many chances, just the new transfer, nigerian striker P. Odemwingie, scored late in the match. Romania failed to win the match against Albania after a poor play last round. The main reason was the heavy attack style, lack of efficient passes and no lucidity. I didnt watch such a bad game for Romania in years. In my opinion selection was not the right one and Lucescu was wrong when he called players like Florescu, Contra or Lobont, and now he have to change something if he want to get at least one point in Belarus. But I'm affraid that even Chivu will be back, Romania will not be more efficient in Minsk. Anyhow, 1-1 result was correct and Romania didnt deserve to win.
Belarus, instead, played a very good defensive tactical match in France, with keeper Zhevnov in a good form, holding clean sheet, after many chances and shots on goal from the french side. 1-0 win, with 5 minutes before the end shows determiantion and a very good tactical approach.
Romania played too defensive against a mediocre team and if they'll have the same attitude in Belarus, i dont see how they can win in front of much technical and faster players than the albanians. Romania can't improve their play in such a short time between the two rounds and a high morale Belarus will keep the romanians far from their net most of the time. In my opinion, with fast passes and Aleksandr Hleb in a good day, Belarus could win. I am sure that for Marica, D. Niculae or Stancu will be very difficult to score in front of a strict Belarus defence like the one in the first half with France.
I
see a close match with a few chances to score between two average
teams, but the home pitch and the high morale will push Belarus to win.
